12jit Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 12jit online gaming platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and all registered users of the platform ("you", "member"). This agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

2. Account Registration

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at 12jit: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The withdrawal process is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The following conditions apply at the time of withdrawal:

• If verification is delayed, withdrawals may also be delayed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

12jit offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Accepting this bonus will apply a wagering requirement of 25 times. This means that to withdraw the bonus funds, you must place bets totalling 25 times the combined deposit and bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are for personal use only and are non-transferable.
• Each member may benefit from each promotion only once.
• The maximum bet amount for any bet placed using bonus funds will be stated in the details of each promotion.
• Strategic or coordinated betting with the aim of earning bonuses will be considered fraud.
• 12jit reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotion at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The 12jit VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 1.0% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. You can advance to a higher tier through regular and active participation. VIP benefits are determined on an individual basis and are non-transferable.

6. Gaming Policy

All games available on the 12jit platform are operated fairly. We ensure the integrity of all games through fair play and SSL encryption technology.

6.1 Technical Issues

If a game result becomes uncertain due to a technical error or system outage, 12jit reserves the right to void the bets for that round or session and refund the deposited amount. We are not obligated to pay any incorrect winnings displayed as a result of a technical error.

6.2 Third-Party Game Provider Terms

The terms and conditions of third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi) may apply. In such cases, the provider's terms and conditions will take precedence.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and confiscation of funds:

• Providing false or fraudulent information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Registering or transacting using a third party's account or identity.
• Participating in money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Using coordinated betting or hedging strategies with the aim of abusing the bonus system.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the system or software.
• Operating games through bots or automated software.
• Participating in fraudulent collusion with other members.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by 12jit

12jit reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason — particularly in cases of breach of these terms — without prior notice. In cases of proven fraud, all deposited and earned funds will be confiscated.

8.2 Closure by the Member

You may request the closure of your account at any time. All active bonuses and incomplete wagering requirements will be cancelled prior to account closure. Verified balances may be withdrawn.

9. Limitation of Liability

12jit and its directors, partners, or employees shall not be held liable for the following:

• Loss caused by internet connectivity issues or faults with personal devices.
• Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government orders, etc.).
• Any financial loss arising from gaming outcomes.

12jit never guarantees any direct profit or income from gaming for any member.
